What makes this nursery so sweet is all the special touches. The room was inspired by the couple's favorite Bob Marley song, "3 Little Birds" and I think it's just adorable. The quiet simplicity allows all the little details to pop out and really be noticed. The dress and shoes hanging are the mom's from when she was a baby! Too cute! How fun is this? This is exactly the kind of nurseries that I want to be featuring here on Baby Love. It is fun, very out of the box, and fabulous! It's so cheery and colorful and done with many "grown up" accents but still very much for baby. I LOVE the colors used and the best part is that it is totally gender neutral. It's often so hard to find cute neutral rooms and this one definitely proves that it can be done. It is so happy. Who wouldn't want to hang out in this room? I adore this wall mural in a little boy's nursery! I love how the bold typography is done in soft tonal colors. It truly makes the room and I like how it matches the bedding but it doesn't match exactly. And of course I love that it is executed so well with nice clean edges! I have been in love with these collages from Petit Collage for quite some time now. They are so wonderfully designed! Lorena Siminovich is the artist behind this beautiful brand and she's now expanded to offer a wide range of posters, prints,and even mobiles. My favorites are still these original collages and the best part is that each one is completely unique and hand made.
This absolutely BEAUTIFUL nursery was featured a while ago on one of my all time favorite blogs Orange Beautiful and it made such an impression on me that I simply had to share it. We didn't find out what our baby's gender was, but if I had known it was a girl I would have wanted this exact shade of lavender on the walls! I cannot say enough about how much I love this baby room! I think it's fabulous how Laura included items that are traditionally for grown up spaces and the touches of sparkle add a little bit of glam to the room. I love how unexpected it is and yet it is still a very sweet and soothing space for baby. It feels like it came together over time and was truly designed, not just a kit off of the shelf. I love all things letterpressed, who can resist the beautiful texture? These letterpressed alphabet posters by Sycamore Street Press are simply beautiful! I love the orange one because orange is my favorite, but there is also chocolate and green and red and turquoise. Just lovely.
I love these alphabet prints on Etsy by Paperfingers! They are delightful and modern and perfect for baby's room!
